Nadia Sellers founded National Career Group
Training and Development in January of 1997. Previously, Nadia spent
over 12 years in the sales and recruiting industry. She loved the
recruiting business but did not like the manner in which the company
she was working for at the time conducted their recruiting practices.
Nadia then decided to open her own executive search firm and do
it her way. Nadia felt a great need to incorporate qualified minority
candidates into her executive and professional databases, thus expanding
the scope and qualifications of an already superior pool of candidates
with a myriad of talents from which her clients could draw from.
NCGT&D was incorporated in 1999, and
currently provide staffing solutions for over 500 companies nationwide.
We are extremely proud of our success and growth in such a competitive
industry.
Marlon Fairweather joined the company as its President in September
of 2000, and Ahmed Mortis was named Vice President on Jan 3rd, 2002.
March 7th, 2002, National Career Group Training
and Development Corporation celebrated its 5th year anniversary.
In November of 1999, NCGT&D teamed up
with a group of professors and formed our Training & Development
Division. We believe that human resources based training: such as
Diversity Training is strongly needed in corporate America today;
however, we also understand that each company has their own structure
and culture. This is why our professional group of training consultants
meets with each company to assess their needs and discuss which
training programs are best for their company. NCGT&D can assist
in upgrading your human resource capabilities through training programs
that are provided by our qualified professional diversity-training
consultants.
Our training division recently was awarded a contract by General
Motors to provide diversity training.
NCGT&D's specialty is customer service.
We will not be satisfied until our customers are satisfied. NCGT&D
will search for any professional requested by our clients. We have
one of the largest minority databases in the industry. Nadia has
built an "A" team that works well together and communicates
well with each other. Our dedicated staff of recruiters will work
